Friday Main Excursion

The main event on Friday will consist of three round robin tours which you will travel to each location by bus. You will tour the Fortress, the historic Old City, and visit the Fountain of Youth. Lunch is included.

Regimental Banquet

A Regimental Banquet with awards, guest speaker, and revelry. Your choice of Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Piccata, Mahi-Mahi, or Atlantic Salmon Fish. There is also a pre-dinner social and Silent Auction for regimental memorabilia.

Saturday Excursions

NAS Jax Air Show

Bus departs 0830 for a 30 minute ride to NAS Jacksonville, gates open at 0900, show starts at 1100. Hard copy of driver license or military ID required to enter installation.


Tickets are paid for the day of the show, on site CASH ONLY.

Ticket options:

  • Paid Seating $20 includes Private restrooms but first come, first served.
  • Premium Seating $60 includes Mission BBQ, soft drinks and water and seating in the shade.
  • Biergarten $80 includes two drink tokens, Oktoberfest themed food, Commemorative beer stein, and seating in the shade.

Kennedy Space Center*

Award-winning space adventure with immersive exhibits, real artifacts, and astronaut encounters. Bus departs at 0800 for a 2 hour ride to KSC. This is an incredible day at the visitors complex. Bus departs for return at 1530.

Libations II, More St Augustine

The awesome part of this excursion is that it’s an entire, unsupervised day in the Old Town again! Bus departs AA Crowne Plaza at 0830 for 1-hour ride to St. Augustine Old Town. We have selected 13 establishments, all within a few block radius; maps will be provided. You get an entire day (10am – 4pm) in this amazing location…more time for the shops, the eateries, of course the pubs.

You see we have a ton of stuff in store for you this year.

It's time to begin the registration process.


Follow these steps:

The Registration Button will take you to a multi-page form to input your information and select all your options.

  1. On page 1 select the number of attendees in your party and input your basic contact information
  2. On the next page, for each attendee, you will select your
  3. Banquet meal preference
  4. Excursion for Saturday
  5. Complete a few questions to tell us about yourself
  6. Any mobility limitations for the Friday tour
  7. How many reunions you've attended
  8. Dietary restrictions, etc.
  9. Confirm your selections, then submit your payment.


After you complete your event registration, you need to reserve your room before the cut-off date in September.

Just to be clear, event tickets are non-refundable. Please read the Fine Print for details.

If you arrive at Jacksonville Airport (JAX), the hotel is very conveniently located, only 6 minutes away. Shuttle Service runs every few minutes. No Car Rental Needed - All Transportation is Provided.


Travel By Road-
Many visitors coming to Jacksonville/St. Augustine elect to drive. The hotel address is 14670 Duval Road Jacksonville, Florida 32218-9429. Traveling by RV? There are several RV parks in the Jacksonville area.  Please search the web and select the one that best fits your needs.
