Reunion Event Policies

Reunion Event Policies:

The Ticket Purchaser, their guests and dependents (Participants) agree that they knowingly and voluntarily do accept and agree to the following terms:

That Event and option tickets plus fees are not refundable
That all SWAG items must be physically picked up by attendees at the event and will not be shipped if they are not picked up
That surplus funds from registration fees will be rolled into the Alumni Associations general fund
That Participants agree to share their contact information with the 37th Armor Alumni, its organizers and members (Alumni) for the planning and execution of this event
That Participants agree to be contacted by the Alumni organizers via SMS/TEXT, phone calls, email, Social media sites, push notifications and other means deemed appropriate by the Event organizers
That Participants acknowledge that event activities may be photographed or recorded and agrees to allow their photo, video or film likeness to be used for any lawful purpose by the event holders, sponsors, organizers, and/or their assigns
That Participant agrees to any and all Event changes, substitutions and disbursements made by the Alumni Event organizers to execute the Event and respond to unforeseen circumstances impacting the Event
That Participants assume all liability for the risks and dangers that could arise out of, or occur during their participation in the Event
That Participants release, waive, discharge and release the Alumni and their subcontractors for any liability resulting from any personal injury, accident or illness (including death), and/or property loss, however caused, arising from, or in any way related to the travel to or from and participation in the Event, except for those caused by the willful misconduct and gross negligence of the above parties, as applicable
That Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Alumni from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, arising from, or in any way related to the Participant’s travel to or from and participation in the Event.
